Shipping within Australia

Karvixa currently ships within Australia. We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive approximately 7–15 days after your order is processed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Packages

If you order more than one product, your items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for separate shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@karvixa.com.au. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Orders
